Comments: William the president of the comp. came out and went though the heating took down specks and came up with the right furnace they are installing it today so i will know more when it is done the man was very pro. he did not try to sell the best he had but what we needed i like him alot,he seems to take care of the customer more then the money

Comments: Took forever to get info on financing did not recheck gas leak They said I had did not get a warranty or info on it Not sure about anything the one sales guy was a bit frustrating on how he talked to me it is what it is the installers were nice

Good Morning Penni, I wanted to take a minute to respond to your issues. First, your salesman will call you today and discuss any issues you have and resolve them. My apologies for any miscommunication that may occurred and the frustration you have. The delay in financing is not anything that we have control over and understand there were delays. I do know that you contacted us on Oct 1 and we installed your new system on Oct 10. The gas leak you are speaking of I believe this was CO detected from your heat exchanger and was taken care of when you installed the new furnace. We are not aware of another gas or CO leak that you are speaking of. If you have a gas leak please call the gas company and/or the Fire Dept and leave your home till it taken care of. The salesman again will contact you today and go over everything with you. Your Warranty etc... The warranty is stated on your contract, and the salesman will provide you with any information you may need. I appreciate you deciding to use Northland for your new furnace and regret that you are having issues. I assure you that was and is not our goal here.
