Work Description: Interior Painting
Comments: Very poor and unprofessional experience with Brian. I have never in my life felt the need to share a review or an experience but please take my word and find a different contractor. We contracted him for an interior paint job for our kitchen and living room. We did know that this was going to be a large job with the ceilings and walls both needing to be painted. In the written quote we received it stated that the job would take "no longer than 2 days." On the day he was supposed to start he contacted me 2 hours after he was supposed to be there stating that he would need to reschedule. The next day he was set to start at 9:00am in which he showed up at 9:30 and only stayed for 30 minutes before he left unexpectedly without explanation and only painted a few roller strokes (pictured below). My husband was at home at the time in the other room to answer any questions or concerns but he chose to not say anything. We tried to contact him to see where he was with no response for over an hour. When we finally got a response he stated that we had bought the wrong paint and he refused to work with said paint and by doing this we had "created double the work" for him. He did not give us an option to try and find the other paint or make it right to continue the job. We tried to explain to him that the Behr Marquee paint base he told us to purchase was sold out at the Home Depot we went to and we would have to drive over an hour one way to get it. Home depot assured us that the Behr scratch defense would work just the same and is just one tier lower than the Marquee. Mind you, we have used the scratch defense in other parts of the house and it has worked just fine but again he chose to let himself out of our house without a word stating that it was a “waste of time" for him. Now all we are left with is a haphazard patch of paint on our ceiling to remind us never to work with this business again.Lynn Haven FL

Comments: Completely horrible experience with Brian the owner. To make a long story short the workmanship was below quality and verified by my Builder. Brian was more concerned with getting money out of you without work being completed. Kept stating he needed money in order to lock down his services. Without work being completed no money is to be paid I kept telling him. I would not use him or his companyShalimar FL

Work Description: Entire three bedroom house to include ceilings
Comments: We could not have asked for a better recommendation than Brian Addonizio of Next Wave Painting. We had to be out of state during this paint job and Brian went out of his way to communicate using pictures, video, phone calls and text messages. He is an honest, talented, trustworthy professional with an excellent work ethic. We highly recommend Brian and will be using Next Wave again on future projects.Panama City Beach FL
