Description: We are a group of former employees of a nationally-known plumbing franchise who have decided to risk everything by leaving our jobs and forming a new, more community- sensitive Plumbing company. With our group committing their money and efforts, NEXT PLUMBING Inc. has set out to change the way our community thinks about plumbers and the entire service industry. We see the current financial and economic outlook, and cannot find justification in the ever-rising prices and franchise fees of our former employer. So we decided to do something about it by opening our own plumbing company, and setting the pricing structure to that of the 2001 franchise price book. That represents an approximate 30% savings over what the franchise company and other area companies are charging.
We are setting new standards with prompt and respectful plumbing consultants in the field and on the phone. We know when people call us; it is usually at a time of need and crisis. We feel this should not be looked at as an opportunity to make a one- time gain, but an opportunity to gain a committed client whose satisfaction with our services will speak volumes to the community.
When we arrive at your home or business, it will soon be clear we don't simply fix the problem....we will take the time to explain the problem, the possible causes, and give every possible solution to alleviate and prevent future problems. We give our clients the price before doing the work, and guarantee most repairs for 3 years. We will also do a
Complete inspection of the entire plumbing system at no charge to head off any future emergency situations. This includes us sending a high resolution camera into the main sanitary line so the client can actually see inside the pipes and make sure they are in proper working order. Most other companies will charge $200-$400 for this service alone.
We feel it is important for the service industry to recognize the struggle our homeowners are facing with the diminishing home values, rising taxes and insurance costs, as well as the rising unemployment rate. Now is not the time to charge what the industry has been charging for those very profitable last few years. Our community needs relief and we aim to give it the only way we know how by simply providing more for less.

Comments: Immediate response - late Saturday afternoon! Immediately scheduled Michael for as soon as finished job he was already on. He called soon after to see if he could help us with anything before he got to us. In the meantime, we called our condo managers. Maintenance came by and discovered the gushing water issue at the back of our unit was actually an "association" problem. So, when Michael got here, he talked to all the appropriate people and scheduled a "come back" date to turn off our community's water and fix the gusher. Very professional! Will definitely call this company and ask for Michael from now on!

We provided you with an estimate up front, and you authorized the work to be performed. The price did not waiver from the initial quote. Our plumber was on site for more than two hours performing the repairs and moving your refrigerators around to your desired location.

Comments: They were fabulous! Came 4 hours after the 1st contact and had the job done 3.5 hours later. Technician Dave Obregon knew his stuff! He creatively came up with a way to undermount my new sink into the existing cut out that wasn't a perfect fit. In addition to being an expert plumber, he was courteous, friendly, and very neat. The sink and new faucet he installed look and work great. I will definitely use Next Plumbing again, and will definitely insist on Dave.

We always provide a free, up front price before any work is performed , which you approved. We installed a new faucet for you, removed two hose bibbs, and performed a home inspection for you, all for less than $200, which again was a price that was provided to you up front and approved. Every job we perform is followed with a phone call to double check to make sure the work was performed perfectly and you were happy with everything at the time.

Comments: The service was courteous, professional and efficient - and arguably expensive. The company charges a $169.00 service fee up front which seems exorbitant even for plumbing.
Thank you for your kind words. Just to be clear, we do not charge a service fee to visit your home. $168 is the diagnostic charge for your technician to take apart your plumbing system (in your case the shower valve) to expose the problem. If any work is performed the diagnostic fee is waived entirely and you are just charged for the actual work performed.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and the skill level of our team, and Junior is definitely one of the best technicians I have ever worked with! I have just returned home and Rose sent me your email, and I wanted to respond right away, and will follow this up with a phone call this evening. When we arrive at your home one of the first steps we take is providing a free, up front estimate for any work performed, that way there is zero surprises! Our cost for a camera inspection is $288, not $350. If there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding on this I apologize. The $288 charge for a camera inspection is actually completely waived and is free if you move forward with any drain cleaning work that Next Plumbing provided, which you selected to do. Our Hydro Scrub Jetting includes a free camera inspection, which is why you were not charged the $288. If you review your invoice you will also find that Next Plumbing also attempted to clear your line with a drain cleaning snake machine before recommending the Jetter machine, which was a free service. While on Junior and the other technician Blake also adjusted your American Standard toilets to provide the maximum amount of flushing power, which was a complimentary service provided to help you in the future. Comments: #1. I would NEVER hire this company again or would I ever recommend them to anyone. The leaky pipe turned out to be my neighbors in the same building. Since his water was shut off because it was leaking into my unit, he was charged to have the pipe fixed BUT, the tech also charged me. So, the company charged both of us for the same pipe, making over $700 for one leak in the same pipe. Since the pipe had to be fixed from my unit,,,,,#2. I timed the tech 14 minutes, and that is when I started timing him,,,,,, to get back upstairs to repair the leak. #3. Also, I now have to fix a shut off outside which is now pouring a steady stream of water AND WAS NOT BEFORE HE MESSED WITH IT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY DOUBLE GOUGE
Mrs. Cross, we have tried to reach out to you by phone but was unable to speak with. Your review is incorrect and not factual at all. You called us on a day that we had a complete schedule but needed same day service because of your emergency. We moved calls to have a technician to your home with two hours of you calling us. We track every job from start to finish, by recording our phone calls, taking photos of our work before and after, and tracking our team through GPS. Your review states that you "timed" our technician and found him to only be working for 14 minutes. Our records indicate that he was at your and your neighbors home for two and a half hours. You showed the technician where you believed the leak to be coming from in the attic, and we provided you a price to open your ceiling and locate the leak. This price was only to gain access and to diagnose, which you agreed to and signed a contract. During our diagnosis we found that the leak was in fact coming from your neighbors property and not yours. Because you paid for the diagnosis do you think that your neighbor should not have to pay for a repair? The item that is leaking is not your shut off, it is a hose bibb to connect your hose to. It was in fact leaking before we were on site and we brought it to your attention, and you neglected to have a repair performed. Our company prides ourselves on performing expert level work at a fair and honest price. We always give a price up front, and deliver prompt work. You called our company out, received same day service at the expense of our other customers, we spent two and a half hours repairing the water line, and brought your attention to a leaking hose bibb, which you now claim to be functioning fine before we arrived. Next Plumbing has been highlighted as the "Most Reliable" plumbing company, "Best Plumbing Contractor" in all of SWFL, and "Best Customer Service" across all industries. Our reputation has been hard fought and hard earner, and we are extremely proud of the team we have. You received the exact service you requested, at an agreed upon price that you received before any work was performed. I am at a loss for what else, besides work done for free, you could want from this encounter.

Mrs. McDonald, There are multiple inconsistencies with your review, and for the sake of clarity I wanted to set the record straight. Your half bath had previously flooded before we sent a technician to your home, and you had restoration work being performed. Your toilet was an older moldel and prone to blockages and we recommended replacing the toilet, which you refused to do so, and elected for us to use a manual auger to clear the blockage. You statement stating there was no guarantee or recourse is entirely unfounded. It clearly states in your invoice that there is a 30 day warranty, and we would return free of charge to clear a blockage if it happened again. Our records show that you did not call the office and request a return visit from us, which we would gladly have done. I am not sure why you have left us such a poor review. We provided you with multiple options and recomendations, which you declined and elected to go with the auger. We cleared the clog and gave you a 30 day warranty. When your blockage returned you chose not to use your warranty or to call our office, and instead came here to post this review.
