Comments: Showed up late every day. The tile job was not professional at all. Inconsistent grout lines so tiles didn't line up correctly. Installed our toilet crooked. We will have to live with it or replace the entire floor.Lincoln NE

Comments: The owner chad Newstrom quoted the job Starr to finish all inclusive labor and materials $3000 he then asked for payment up front worked a total of two hours in which he cut concrete up in the basement without having anything hanging to contain concrete dust and don’t run water with the concrete saw. Ruining washer dryer furnace ductwork had to be cleaned and basicly coated everything in my home with concrete dust . After cutting a trench in my basement he then decided he didn’t want to do the plumbing he started to frame in a bathroom and after two hours work quite and has not returned a call or message in two years now. Work Description: Family/Den Porcelain Tiling
Comments: Three day job turned into a three months.Was going to come back in January, never did. Communication was bad. Tiling job was disappointing. Half the work was already done it just had to be finished still paid too much even for our own tile saw being used. Cracked, stained and chipped tiles were installed. Design was not planned well. Not professionally finished the tile edges were never caulked or grouted. We had to clean up a lot of leftover mess.I am 90% disappointed in this floor. I do not like walking on it due to the sharp uneven edges of tiles not being levelled at all. If we had known we would of waited longer for someone better.

Comments: The install was technically good - but the timing was dragged out. Chad did not bring underlayment with him and it took over 6 hours for what he called a "simple" project (5 by 9 foot). He could have called ahead to Home Depot and Menards to see if they had the underlayment in stock.Lincoln NE
