Work Description: Junk Removal

Comments: Tim was awesome and hauled my junk away for a reasonable price. Loading was quick and efficient. A little late, but he also kept me posted throughout the day and let me know he was working on another project that day in advance, so not a huge deal at all.

Work Description: Build a deck

Comments: We hired Tim in May to build a deck and in 6 months all he has done is dig the holes and fill them with concrete. He has made one excuse after another as to why he can’t come back and finish the job. We gave him half of the quote down which was over $9,000.00 to start the job and after he dug the holes he said we had a water leak. After getting the water company out to check for a leak they determined it was just some ground water and not a leak. Tim refuses to accept there finding and would not continue with the work. It’s no doubt he isn’t capable of doing the job and has already spent the down payment and can’t afford to buy the materials to continue. We should have never given Tim any money until the materials were on the job site. He will take the deposit and do a little work and not come back so in order to get the deposit back you have to file a lawsuit and most people won’t and he knows that. Nothing short of a conman and a thief. I have no choice but to file the lawsuit and take Tim court.
This customer refused and continued to refuse to follow the terms unlined in the contract and has as such forfeit his deposit. We gave him numerous chances to correct the ground water as he calls it. He refused we cannot build an unsafe product that can cause structural failure and possibly human injury because he does not want to fix problems that arise during a project.

Work Description: Decks/Porches/Ramps - Build

Comments: The New Richmond Tractor Company contact, Tim, is very polite and gave go advice. He contacted me within 5 minutes of the NetWorx posting, received the necessary info, and was out viewing the building to create an estimate within a day or two. Tim contacted me for a bit of clarification and returned an estimate in a timely fashion. We have accepted the estimate by New Richmond Tractor Service and arrangements to start the project are underway.
The overall Networx system is a good way to engage with professionals, in many fields. We will be using Networx again, and look forward to working with Tim, at New Richmond Tractor Service.
