Work Description: Concrete Stairs
Comments: We hired this company to install concrete stairs up our front lawn. Their work is HORRIBLE. They started chipping during the very first week. There are large holes in it where the water will seep in. If it freezes, it will break up the stairs. We have tried many times to have them make this right. They refuse. I’ve consulted with several concrete companies and they have seen this work. Each of them has suggested these cement stairs need to be torn out and completely redone. New Home To You refuses to do this. I sent a text and told them that if they come and appropriately fill in the holes and do the appropriate prep work before they coat them, I will accept that. I also asked for a 12 month guarantee in writing that they will stand by their work as I want to make sure they will hold their integrity to weather all 4 seasons. They refuse to respond. We will now file a report with DOPL and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. The last step will be to take them to court.-
