Work Description: replace ceiling in garage
Comments: It seems he did do the boards needed in attic ok haven't been up to ck but left a couple of places not taped and mudded did not sand . He thought he was going to get the paint job but not so. I did not notice until daylight the next day and he was already paid. Very messy had plastic to cover area but did not use it told me the mud was water soluble but still haven't gotten it up and did scrub with water. Will not use him or give him a good referral. He did not like me but I'm not the one being paid to do a good jobKansas City MO

Work Description: Tim is a nice guy but a terrible business man. He made promises he never kept and almost month later still has not completed and has just barely started my project. He also used my down payment and a good portion of my money on personal things. He doesnt honor his time commitments and has led me to believe every day since he started my project it would be completed by a certain day and has not shown up or called for days past the promise date he gave me and always with a different excuse as to why he did not make it over to at very least to work on my deck and shed. I think he means well and is a nice guy but i cannot recommend him to anyone at this point due to his poor business practices.

Comments: Timothy Coleman called me within 24 hr of my request . And finished my job within 48 hr. Nice guy and does nice work ! Would use him again.

Work Description: Repair of cedar fence. Replaced one post and rebuilt two sections of fence.
Comments: Work was completed within five days of initial contact. He did a nice job and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to use him again.
