Comments: Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis guys is a complete nightmare!YOU DESERVE 0 STARS! He will start off sweet when he is meeting you to talk about the project and how he is the boss of the company (big lie). Then he will stall you for months (we paid him 8,525.00) he will tell you that he will fix all kind of stuff and then he will back out of it. He try to break up husband's and wife and will say im only going to talk to the husband. ( My husband hates him btw). He didn't have a permit to do our roof and the inspector,General attorney and our laywer said the contract is null and voided and we don't have to keep going on the roof or on pay him anything else. He has called my husband screaming and cursing on the phone and is not professional at all! We have recordings of him on his rants.He will use personal info to try to insult you as well. He has BBB complaints and is not BBB approved he is being sued and doesn't show up for the work being done either. He is not on the good side of the General attorney office either they have been dealing with him for over 30 yrs! Just Google Neil Wolfe construction lawsuits. He will always said the color you picked is his favorite and has been caught in multiple lies. He doesn't have a crew to get the job done either. A job that he told us would take 3 days took 2 and a half weeks bc only 2 men were doing it. They left the container for the garbage in my driveway for storage and it had 4 flats. He said the he does not have to tell me how much the material cost bc it none of my business smh (so how did you come up with the number) he said that they will use 6 nails when they used 5. He doesn't know what the crew is doing. If there is a 10% chance of rain he backs out. They never did my gutters as promised either. This guy will get karma when the news shows up at his door. Neil is thee devil for homes and doesn'tcare about his workers or customers. The General attorney said be lucky he was doing your roof that is the only thing he is kind of decent with everything else he can't do.The crew took my home depot bucket out of my garage that had metal in it bc I found a piece of my metal in the trailer! Neil is a thief and a scammer stay away from this nightmare! What people are saying on here is true neil!!! Your response just proves you like to argue and not be truthful and how messy and unprofessional you behave!!!!! Your company sucks badly and you didn't even tell your workers bout the leak in the 1st place bc they said so! You made a new leak in my roof when it was left uncovered! I totally believe your a lier and I bet you didnt have a permit too Neil! NEIL CONSTRUCTION YOUR REP WHAT YOU SOW REMEMBER THAT!( if he doesn't have a permit this idiot contract is null and voided everyone and you dont have to pay him anythingmake sure to call and check bc you have a rt to tell them to stop working on your home!)He has enough court case against him now and he is broke that is why he is stealing everyone's money!(AS OF OCTOBER 24TH HE HAS A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION RULING IN HIM. WHICH MEANS HE IS NOT IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING ANYMORE! KARMA BIT HIM IN HIS ASS AND HE DESERVES TO BE LOCKED UP AS WELL FOR BEING A SCAMMER!
