Work Description: Repair to areas of the roof that had been leaking over the years, re-installing a skylight and repairing a downspout. The installation of "Gutter Glove" products to eliminate the problem of leaves and pine needle accumulation.

Work Description: Replaced 3 fifty year old roofs on a single story duplex, triplex, a damaged flat carport.
Installed radiant barrier OSB board; replaced soffit boards, replaced damaged barge end rafters and 4x4 posts; installed 30-year Landmark CertainTeed composition shingle, eyebrow vents; replaced wood in carport and installed 3 ply CAP Roof system; installed seamless gutter and downspouts. Obtained Alameda County permit for work and met with inspectors to pass inspections with no issues.

Comments: High quality workmanship and follow-up from the project manager (Josh), crew members, and Neighbor's Roofing owner (Roberto). I felt confident in their service and staying within the bid proposal to complete this job inspite of the weather, tenants and having to communicate with me (400 miles from the property) through email, texting and phone calls. I could not have found a better or more tolerant project manager or owner to work on such a roofing project. Neighbor's Roofing (Ford Rd, San Jose) deserves 5 stars for professionalism and work ethic.
