Work Description: Large RV pad and a large patio type pad.
Comments: Has completed approx. 1/4 of job. Has been paid over full price agreed on. Keeps saying he will be there but then he doesn’t show up. If he’s not going to finish it this week he needs to pay me back $15,000.00 for work not finished. I have been more than patient with him but I have run out of time to have the job finished. He had the cement truck drive up on the lawn. Damage to lawn and sprinkler system was a result. He he has embezzled $15,000.00 from me. He has 4 days total to make this right.-
