Work Description: Come to my house and see there was a water leak and if so to give an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it.
Comments: My water bill was about five times more than usual. So when I called to question the bill, Theybsent a guy over to see if the meter had been read correctly. A guy confirmed that it was the correct reading and said there was a water leak. I was then told to call a plumber to get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the leak. Plumber couldn't find a leak. So he determined that leak must be coming from the pipe underground that goes from my house to the street and started measuring it off to give me an estimate to fix the pipe. I then asked him to check the meter to see if it was actually running to determine if there was really a leak. The numbers on the meter we're not moving at all. So there was no leak. The plumber then said just to wait to for next bill and see If the bill was still very high. Good advice but he then said l'd get an estimate to fix the underground pipe.The reason for my low rating is that if I hadn't of asked the plumber to check the meter, I would've been sent an estimate to fix the underground pipe for thousands of dollars, which I would've probably paid thinking I needed it...

Comments: I was told the quote included a frost free spigot however the one put in was not. I would have thought the price would include caulking where the spigot enters the house.

Work Description: The technician spent over 2 hours trying to unclog the kitchen sink, which was half clogged. He couldn't fix the problem, and made even worse. He left the sink completeyl clogged, and on top of that, demanded payment, and sent the invoice.
Comments: I spoke with the manager, which insisted for the payment, however, after I explained what happened, he agreed to void the invoice. I hope he honors this agreement.-
