Ms. Severson, I am so sorry that your experience with us did not meet our standard of excellence. For our first visit, there was nothing for me to do but own the poor quality of workmanship. At that point, my aim was to make your newly purchased bathroom fixture better than new. I was truly happy that we could exchange the broken MDF shelf in the vanity with solid wood . We could not change that the new vanity sink was off-center from the original sink, and on that last day, you made the choice to not allow Paul to correct one final "fix". But your have made lovely choices for your new bathroom, and we hope that you have years to enjoy your home improvements!
