Comments: After painting the interior of my house and receiving his payment, Jose left with the key to my house. I called him and he said he has it in his pocket and will return it to the hiding spot first thing in the morning. I drive 12 hours from Florida, arrived home at 3:30 and NO KEY!! Called Jose and at first he wanted to come after work, but I informed him I was sitting outside in the heat with two dogs and needed to get into my house. He said he would be right over. After an hour I called him back and he never answered his phone. I called him 15 times without an answer. I then text him informing him I was calling the police. That's when he answered and said he's coming in 15 minutes. Another 30 minutes later one of his workers shows up with the key, doesn't speak any English, and I made him take all the empty paint buckets out of my recycling bin they threw away in there. After that scenario I would NOT recommend his company at all. Very unprofessional to leave the owner strandard outside of her own home in 90 degree weather. Poor jugdement call.

Only reason why we didn't give 5 stars is because they underestimated the amount of paint needed and it ended up adding to the expense part-way through the job. Comments: The painter should explain timelines clearly. He forgot that he was supposed to be there. When he came he painted the ceiling and left for 4 hours. Comments: Overall they did a good job, however it took longer than expected. They came as a crew of two, however one left around noon for hours with no explanation. This caused the small job to take till almost 8pm to be completed.-
