Comments: Brice really cares about his work and does quality work very quickly.Brice is new building his business and it shows. Here are the reasons why below:
**Doesn’t take credit cards or have his own bank account to cash a check. Doesn’t have a stripe or square account or a card reader to take payments on site. Accepts only cash.
**I didn’t get a cash receipt of payment as promised to my email and it’s been almost a week now. It is important that I get a receipt for my accountant for all work done on my property.
**It is my opinion that: “It is the job of the professional to stop and give the client a quote in writing for each job on a business letter head and have them sign it off so that there is NO misunderstanding.” We did have a misunderstanding because I kept giving him more jobs to do without a quote in writing thinking it would not cost so much to drive a few screws into a few objects. Brice did the work but didn’t stop to say, “Okay, you’re adding another project and this specific project cost this much $, $$, $$$.” And he didn’t put it in writing to have me sign off. At the end of the projects, we had a misunderstanding.
**He made an appointment with me to show up at 9am but didn’t show up on time or call or text to let me know that he was running late until 11am hours later saying he had car problems and would be there by 12pm. I waited all morning for him to show up, Thankfully, I didn’t have any plans that day.
Overall, I am giving Brice a 5-star review for his work quality of work was very good.
