Work Description: Tree Removal/Trimming

Comments: They came out quickly and gave me an estimate. I signed a contract 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t been assigned a date for the project to be started. When I inquired about the project on line I said that I was ready to start that week/ immediately. The contractor said it would be 1-2 weeks. When I called 3 days ago I was told it would be 2-3 weeks.
Cynthia, sorry for the miscommunication but you signed the contract on May 6 so we are less than 2 weeks in. when my assistant told you 2-3 weeks she meant from signing. Because of your fence project, I said we could get there sooner and we can. I will get you in the schedule in the next couple days.

Comments: Did two projects: cutting and disposing a monster tree that fell, and cabling a tree that was leaning over with some other trimming. Came out right away and did a great job. Cleaned everything up completely. Will definitely use them again.
