Work Description: Hired to replace patio door. But when I saw the quality of his work, then hired him to replace two windows, interior door, make various wood repair, built an interior mail box. Am making plans to hire Mike Lay to do wood repairs @ my house, + my daughter needs a door replace, + will hire Mike to do other work on my properties.
Comments: Refreshing to have a skilled craftsman to do work for us. The reason Mike's price is reasonable, is that he can perform the tasks in a short time, whereas others need substantially more time, thus a higher price.
