Comments: I made an appointment for a contractor to come to my property from 3:00-5:00pm. At 5:10pm, no one had showed or called. I called Mr. Perfect Home Services, and they assured me they would check on the status and call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again at 5:30pm. Once again, they assured me they would check on the status and call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again at 6:15pm. At this point, I asked for my concern to be escalated because I had been waiting at my rental property for over 3 hours. The representative said they would have their manager call me by 7:00pm. To no surprise, I never received a call and now 3 days later have still not heard from anyone. Would never recommend due to lack of reliability.Tucson AZ

Comments: The serviceman came in with a mask on without having to ask him. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. He inspected the chimney downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs chimney needed the most cleaning. I appreciated the fact that he cleaned up very well after cleaning both chimney. He answered all of our questions.Austin TX
