Comments: My husband was selling a three wheeler and Mike made a deal w him to place gutter guard on our home! He should up six hours late, not enough material so he didn’t finish the job but he took the three wheeler! We have been texting and call him for two weeks. The first week he said he would be back that week well he still is a now SHOW!!

Comments: I have begged Mike for several months to come fix and finish job with nothing finished or corrected. He put gutters up with no downspouts added-gutters full of water, terrible work ethics. I hate to even give a 1. He was even paid extra then estimate.

Comments: I called and they came out the same day and repaired my roof. Shingles had been torn off from the crazy wind we just had. They did the job quick and efficiently. Even checked over the rest of my roof to make sure all was well. Would recommend this company

Comments: We had James Pence Construction put a new roof on our home back in March. They did a wonderful job, but left their HUGE sign at our home for over 3 months. They FINALLY came and picked up the sign today; however, we still have NOT received a copy of our invoice. THIS IS OUR LAST REQUEST FOR A COPY OF OUR INVOICE. IF IT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN A WEEK, AT THE LATEST, WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Waiting for over 3 months for a copy of the invoice is also ridiculous!
Im sorry this has turned out very poor.Feel free to contact mike at 3302192806. I believe i found a copy

Comments: Did the job and than immediately asked for a good review before I had the chance to see if the work done fixed the leak, I paid bill in full and than he wouldn’t send invoice and pictures unless I would first send a 5 star review

Comments: The contract was more detailed than other bidders. Communication was good. They set up tarps to protect my landscaping before starting. Roof and debris were cleaned up by 10 am, roof was installed by 4 pm. They used magnets and a leaf blower and left my place cleaner than it was to start. These guys are impressive and I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
