10 ReviewsReview Me
Work Description: Roof Repair - Asphalt ShingleComments: I wish I had read the reviews before rewarding Middle Georgia the roofing contract. If I had read the review posted by "Robert" I could saved myself a big headache. The contractor did the same thing to me, including no paper work and changing the price. He also did not fix a leak and did not haul away the trash. I contacted him the day after it rained and told him about the leak and of the trash. He said he would take care of it the next day. Not only did he not show up, he stopped taking my calls and not answering my text. I would rate the contractor professionalism a "0".

Work Description: Roof Repair - Asphalt ShingleComments: I requested an estimate for the repairs. He questioned me about the repairs over the phone and set an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. He said the cost would be about $650.00. He finally arrived at 10:30 am with a crew to begin the job. I expected a written estimate of repairs, but received none. He then said it would take more than he thought and upped the cost to $900. When I balked at the price which exceeded an estimate from another roofer who actually came and did a site inspection, he began to lament that he had come too far to go back home now. Since he had a crew ready to go to work, I accepted the $900. Then he had me go and buy more materials for another $150. The $650 job cost me $1050.00. When I asked for a receipt, he said, "She would send me one."
