Comments: It started off great, then two months into it and he never finished, it was one lie after another, every excuse that you could think of . Wall heaters were purchased by me he was to install them and never did and took them when he left the job . Being naïve about hiring someone to do a remodel job, he asked for payment and never came back. Took the money and ran. Needless to say he is very dishonest and will straight face lie . He did not install shelves in bathroom closet, stole the heater from the bathroom, stole the heater from the bedroom and more than one said he would have them delivered and installed, did not. Stole over 2,600 paid to him in cash for floors, did not do the work, has not attempted to return money, is totally ignoring request for same s in hallway and bedroom. Michael was paid to paint hallway and bedroom, finish floors in both, install heater in bathroom, heater in bedroom
Comments: I have filed a theft report with McMinnvile Police Department and will do everything in my power to discreated him and expose him for what he is, a liar, thief and cheat, no integrity at all! I hired him as he had been my neighbor and did some work for my friend. I should have checked him out at the various reporting sites that are available. Comments: As every one knows when you hire contractors from a list we are taking our chances on what we get. Messner's were the first ones to call. I was impressed of how professional Mr. Messner was over the phone. We agreed on a great price, and set a date to start my back splash. They finished another job early so they called to move up my start date. that was really great. they arrived on time and worked from 8 to 4 with less than an hour lunch break. That alone was amazing. They were so organized . These guys are perfectionists. I mean I did not know how much detail work is involved in setting tile. Now setting tile is a really dirty job. with these guys you have no dirt and dust Amazing !! again. My tile belongs in a million dollar house in stead of a manufactured home. When they were done they cleaned EVERYTHING !! I was watching them finish up and I noticed both guys with cleaning rags. actually double and triple checking that they removed all the grout. With their twenty or thirty years of experience there knowledge of their craft is remarkable . I highly recommend this company.-
