Comments: They removed the tree which I was really happy with, but I paid extra to have the stump ground down and they just left a ragged stump at ground level. They said it needed to be dug out and they didn't do that. I called the owner and said I would dig it out, and he agreed to finish the job. I dug it out and left messages with no response. I pretended to be a new customer and was called back promptly. When I explained the situation the guy hung up on me. I kept calling back avd after four times the guy picks up and angrily says he will talk to the owner and get back to me. He didn't. I've left more messages but no response. We need to go to small claims court now which is a huge hassle. This company lacks honesty, integrity, and business ethics. Beware.Salt Lake City UT

They got someone out here quick and they did a good job. 2 weeks later the came ot but on a different daddy from what wasd expected and asked if that could be thre day from then on. Comments: This company is very inconciderate towards the customer (Me) Cameron schedulled a crew to come Mon Sept 5th @ 1o:ooam they had not shown up so I text him at 11;00 still nothing I called Him at noon- The crew had a job to finish and then will come bt. At 12;30 they showed up. Crew boss said they could not do he job today as they did not bring a bucket truck. He will talk to his boss and get back to me. I texted Camron. No response. Then Tues the big winds destroyed the city. Nothing from Cameron. I waite till Mon Sept14 to text Cameron. Tues I left a phone message. Wed 915 I again text Cameron. Waiting for a response. This company gets a negative review. I hope they come to do the job as I know all the tree people are working hard to clean up the mess.Salt Lake City UT

Comments: Had a appointment scheduled at 9am for 4 trees to be cut down, removed, and stump grinded down. Workers did not show up till noon. Called and texted Josh who was my contact thete and is a sales rep for the company and he was very little help. Kept making excuses over and over. Tree crew finally arrived at noon, 2 guys and 1 chain saw, and they were not even trying. Moving as slow as they could. 1 guy on the phone trying to figure out where the rest of the help was a . Other guy in the truck not wanting to get out and do anything. finally I went to them and said where is everyone else. When are you going to get started since your already 3 hours late .After a while the 2nd half of the crew show up and start helping. Everything they were doing seemed so unorganized, no one had a answer for anything. they kept saying the equipment was crap and didnt have any more equipment to change it out with. After i left for work they were on there own. When i arrived back home after work i was surprised that att the trees were cut down and alot of the work got done. Was very unhappy with the way they left my driveway, sidewalk, and street. They had tree clippings all over. Branches, logs, everything. had to sweep my driveway, sidewalk and street when i got home. they still need to come back and remove all the cut down trees they left and gring the stumps down below grass level so i can plant grass this summer. They only grinded the stump even with the grass.
Overall, they did a nice job, but horrible on punctuality, manors, and clean up.
