Work Description: Removed old shingles and installed new.
Built water diverter for chimney
Replaced all attic vents.
Insatalled new solar powered attic vent.
Replaced all drip edge for roof.
Reinforced patio edging to support new patio roof.
Built new patio roof.
Installed new siding.

Comments: Excellent company. Everyone was very curteous and knowledgable. They ensured work area was always kept clean during and at the end of the work day. Very professional people. The quality of the end product was what I expected. He did not want all monies up front. He required and initial payment, A mid point payment, and a final payment after the work was completed. He ensured all work releases were gotten. All the work was done on time and the final price was as quoted. I will use Mcfarland Builders again and have recommended him to my family, friends and neighbors.

Work Description: I had a flat roof on both my house and garage. McFarland Builders added a pitch and new roof . As well as replacing rotten wood and added siding.

Comments: Great service! Loved the relaxing and friendly attitude. Nice to now a Great Job is being done with a Great price!
