Work Description: Laminate Flooring - Install

Comments: Samuel is a very knowledgeable and friendly individual. However, on several occasions during the project, he was late with arriving to my home. Furthermore, there were several issues during the installation that he had to come back to fix, including a leaking p-trap, some quarter round that wasn’t tacked in, as well as additional coats of paint as the primer was still visible. Samuel did not tape around the tub when he painted, so he got paint on the tub and left without cleaning it. There was also a chip in the vinyl plank flooring that was installed, and he has ignored all communication with me to have this issue rectified. He also hasn’t given me a receipt for the work performed, even after numerous follow-ups. While Samuel is very friendly, I am fairly dissatisfied with how I have been treated as a customer.
