Work Description: bathroom renovation
Comments: I hired MBS Tile and Marble to do a bathroom renovation. Mike Smith is unethical and dishonest. He worked 3 days and charged me $7,200, which calculates to $624,000 a year, for an incomplete job which had to be ripped out and corrected and completed by another contractor. The little bit of plumbing he did for the shower and toilet was wrong and had to be redone. His framing had to be removed and redone. Four contractors said his workmanship was shoddy and incorrect and had to be redone. He cut a floor joist and lied and said he didn’t cut it but I had before and after pictures to prove he cut it. When I confronted him about it he walked off the job. He refuses to refund me any money. He charged me $7,200 and left my bathroom in a gutted out condition. I have documentation proving everything.-
