I explained to him that I must have a leaking roof, considering the ceiling water damage that I found on my stairwell. Michael drove to my home that day, inspected my roof’s (which had just been installed by another company merely 18 months earlier) leak by personally crawling around my sweltering attic, assessed my costs (which were low), and personally returned within 6 days to repair my roof’s damage.
