Mauldin Enterprises is a company started by Matthew Mauldin in 2002. He graduated from 4 years (1996-2001) of electrical apprenticeship through the NNMIEC in 2001 and began his own business shortly thereafter. We are still a rather small, thus very personable, business and most of the work is still done by Matthew Mauldin.

Work Description: Replaced 3 CGFIs.

Comments: Advised tech that the problem was with CGFIs before they came over. They showed up and had none in stalk. Came back the following day to finish the job and charged $120 for 1hour and half although they could have finished the job the first day in under one hour if they had CGFIs in stalk. From my understanding, it is standard stock items that techs carry.

Just for clarification, you were charged 30 min for the first trip and 1 hour for the second trip. The technician was actually on site longer than an hour for the second trip and did not charge you for the complications that incurred with the faulty GFCI. The technician would not have been able to replace all three GFCI's in the first hour. He picked up the GFCI's on his way and you were not charged for that time. We unfortunately do not need to stock GFCI's as they come in various colors. It is rare for us to change these out or to have three out in one job location. You were not charged for the time to it took to pick up the items from the supply house. The technician also informed you that the price was $211 and brought the price down to $195 per your request. I hope this clarifies this for you. Sorry for the confusion. We are a company established by ethics and do not overcharge our customers.
