Comments: First solar panel array was done perfectly. Second panel array was done poorly and the pigeons returned. Technician came back and re-applied the abatement and cleaned again. After inspection, still had a void in the fencing and 3 tiles on my roof were cracked and my roof left exposed. I decided to fix the tiles myself and plug the hole in the abatement.
