Work Description: Replaced orig A/C & Heating units in my split-zone home.
Comments: Mr. Mason provided prompt, courteous service. His professional estimation provided ample details and courses of actions for me to consider. Mr. Mason was forthright, providing me with many sources of references to check his estimation and recommendations. Mr. Mason's installation was professionally executed in a day. He replaced my worn units with two top of the line units, tested the systems and removed all defunct equipment. He also researched and provided the NEST theromostat system, which I highly recommend to any $$ conscious consumer. Couple his customer service with the quality install and you will be hard pressed to find a better professional. Mr. Mason's fee was VERY, VERY competitive---which is a deal maker. Work Description: We own a 100+ year old home in Cape Charles Va. Our HVAC hasn't worked right since we bought the house a year and a half ago, but we got by with window units in the summer. I called Brian on a Thursday to come check out the unit to see if we could get it running, he took me under the house and showed me the dirt build up in the air handler, and worked to see if we could get some life out of our outdoor heat pump unit. The unit was shot, but by Saturday we had a brand new unit installed at a very fair price.
Comments: Brian walked me through everything he was doing and showed me exactly what was wrong with my system. The new system is amazing, I should have called Mason's a year ago. Brian's knowledge, professionalism and most important his follow up blew me away.Jim, Cape Charles Va.

Work Description: Replace gas furnace which had exceeded life expectancy and failed. Found AC coil installation was improper, recommended replacement of improper coil unit which was the incorrect unit for this application and poorly installed. Also recommended flooring under unit be evaluated for structural integrity. It was replaced, ensuring a solid floor under unit to prevent any issues.
Comments: This installation was for a rental unit that had a gas furnace failure that I have, I needed a quick and efficient install. Brian Mason HVAC did just that. Communication was key with Brian; he kept me informed of all aspects of the installation and did exactly what he said, and when he said he would do it. He made recommendations based on my needs as a landlord and concerns as a home owner. Trust is what Brian gained from me and I will use Mason's HVAC Co. again. Highly recommended!~ Kevin-
