Comments: I have a big garden that was getting out of control. He came in 2 days had it all cleaned up and looking good.I told him to remove whatever he felt was in bad form.
He removed a dead dogwood and trimmed all my trees.
I felt he was a real gardener and knew his plants and trees.

Comments: After reading his other reviews I can't believe this is the same guy so I'm guessing these could be fake reviews but I'm baffled. If you don't believe me I will even offer up one of my email addresses (mogontoo@yahoo.com) for you since I don't believe all these glowing reviews here or if you don't believe mine.I met Martin at Stouffer's of Kissel Hill on 6/28 and I asked if he could do a small garden for me that was looking bad. He agreed and gave me a price there which was very High but I needed someone quickly since I thought the house would be sold soon. He came on June 29, 2020 and he insisted on buying the plants at his store, which was my Big mistake, and I said for this price of $800 I wanted it to be excellent and top shelf nothing shody.
He came and spent ONLY 2 hours putting in 7 plants of which 6 Corals looked very poorly (weak & sickly leaves) which you can see in the first picture. Everything that's GREEN was mine in there already Except the tree. I don't know anything about plants so I agreed to pay and I demanded Paperwork but he said NO and he insisted on a CASH deal plus $75 more & NO paperwork!
So no paperwork, no address on business card, cash deal and poor looking quality and I was already feeling worried about this guy but I needed it done. Then in Fall 2020 two of the sickly looking Coral plants started to die in the #2- 4 pic and I called this guy TWICE about replacing what was a simple but expensive job that he did and all I got were worthless promises if he even responded. In fact he acted like he could care less about the work he did and he didn't. Now a year later after Covid he still won't acknowledge the dying plants (final 2 pictures) which cost me about $100 each if you figure what he charged.
Then I go back to Stouffer's and show them the pic and they tell me he put the WRONG plants (Corals) in the front since they get sun most of the day so now ALL of these plants are dying sooner or later.
Bottom line here he did a terrible job for the money, wouldn't provide ANY paperwork and didn't want any responsibility for anything he did, just the money.
You could do this twice as good yourself for $200 maximum so think twice.
