Work Description: Dishwasher purchased at Lowe"s installed
Comments: I had purchased a dishwasher at Lowe's and paid for installation. Their installer did not respond for a week and when he did come was able to install the dishwasher because he said it did not fit my existing opening. I went back to Lowe's and they had only one dishwasher that they said would fit (although I think the original installer right not have checked the height of the leveling legs). The Lowe's installer took another five days before going to pick up the substitute dishwasher. He then refused to install the second dishwasher because it was not in the box. I called Steve and he came that day and installed the dishwasher. He even returned immediately to adjust the washer because I aw that it was not quite square to my unusually shaped counter. I was VERY pleased with everything Steve did.McLeansville NC

Work Description: Had a mystery leak that 3 separate plumbers could not find. I asked Steve from Martin & Bradley if he provided leak detection services since that was what the water company told me I needed to do. He said he did, but said before we go that far please explain my situation. I have a large property and he said leak detection finding the leak would be like finding a needle in a haystack, due to lengthy distance between meter and house and 40 year old water lines. He offered to come out to my house and provide a free estimate. When he arrived he was determined to find the leak and he did! Saved me a fortune.
