I am still waiting almost a year to complete the work on my house. Allstate reported that they were hard to reach, left voicemails, and emails with no response. Called the contact person and lowered it to a call out charge of 125. The job took all of 15 minutes. Then the restoration company came to assess the water damage. Just to start they quoted 1,000.
