Work Description: replace concrete garage floor
Comments: UPDATE: In his attempt to repair our patio he placed a poorly cut paver in and used white cement dust as grout; it matches well with the dark tan grout we have everywhere else. IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS WE ALREADY HAVE CRACKS IN THE FLOOR, and his invoice was just received with a fictitious additional charge of $500. Our worst concrete experience to date.Boyertown PA

Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install
Comments: Nice hard working guys. Facts: 3 day project took 12 days; no-show most days with random hours & a surprise visit on Saturday morning. Damaged driveway, house (backed trailer into house, then denied it - thank you Ring), and patio. Contract was for rebar to be drilled into foundation; all but a handful were just laid on top of the block. Wire Mesh extra was quoted at $300; was charged $350. Slope of garage floor very, very inconsistent. Surface is rough with swirls everywhere. Garage Apron was not formed or edged, and not sloped properly; we will have puddles. We regret hiring them and now have to figure out how to fix the floor; maybe rip out and start over. Our worst concrete experience to date.-
