We charge a $85+tax diagnostic fee for all service calls. This ensures that you receive your service when expected, within a reasonable time frame, from a trained technician. The technician will check your entire system, run any necessary tests, and determine precisely what the problem is caused by and how it can be fixed. You pay a flat-rate of $85+tax no matter how long it takes the technician to resolve your problem.

Our technician will give you an exact quote, rather than an estimate, of exactly how much it will cost to repair your system. We provide all pricing before any work is done.

If you choose to have the repairs done, we will waive the diagnostic charge. If you do not wish to have the repairs done, then you are only responsible for the $85+tax.
