Comments: HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! I can’t even begin to explain our experience with this company. It was beyond comprehension. First, the owner Alan Goodman is literally a scam artist. He lies, inflates and even sends “cover people” to inflate his price. I hate to admit that if it wasn’t for one of my other contractors, I would have been the victim of his scam and would have been out $34,000 on a roof that wasn’t commercial grade and was only worth $15,000 (according to 5 other estimates I ended up getting later to verify). Prior to that, Majestic EXTERIORS (Alan & Tania Goodman) did the facade of our building, 2 months later, it is falling apart at the seams. They blame it on the paint and refuse to fix it despite their promises and a text saying that he will. Not only are Alan and Tania Goodman unscrupulous, they’re rude & unprofessional. Alan threatened and insulted me, insulted my other contractors calling them stupid & told my husband to “put on his sneakers & meet him somewhere to duke it out”. I have texts where I am trying to calm him down b/c he’s so irate. So, I’m posting this in hopes of saving someone from falling victim to their scams. I wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews are set ups. I consider myself lucky not to have bought a roof from them too. Stay AWAY!!!Belmar NJ
