Laurie I do regret to inform you that because you've chosen to publicly communicate blatant lies about our family and business you've left us no choice but to file a defamation suit against you to clear our good name. I'm sorry that even though life has given you financial wealth your inner struggles have held you hostage to a misery that only seems to abate when you belittle or malign people who work for you. You spoke disparagingly about your realtor who did a great job finding that townhome for you to purchase. You spoke disparagingly about the previous painters who painted the walls in the townhome before you purchased it and they did a great job. You spoke disparagingly about the previous homeowners because they didn't clean the toilets to your exacting standards. In spite of that they left you a beautiful townhome for your daughter to move into yet you found something to belittle them about. The reality is we provided you with four separate estimates for work which we discounted thousands of dollars as a gift to your daughter for moving into her first home. We stood in your kitchen chatting while you watched us paint the ceilings so you know that there's no possible way we missed any sections. The fact that we did over a dozen projects for you and as you stated we repeatedly returned to ensure you were happy with the work we performed. You have completely twisted our conversations which I have documented in both audio and written form. You're attacking our good name and reputation to satisfy your inward need for vengeance because I refused to do additional work for you which you're more claiming you chose to not hire us for. We never threatened to charge you more for returning to your house. I simply told you that if you continued to berate and belittle me you would be in breach of contract for creating a hostile work environment for us and you'd forfeit more than $4000 in discounts we'd given to you for your daughter as our home warming present.
