Work Description: re-attach dryer vent to exterior pipe in attic and attach dishwasher after granite countertops (per buyer's inspector)
Comments: Albert responded in a timely manner. He let me know when he was running a few minutes late or was on his way. The work was done efficiently. My only two points of concern were: (1) I emphasized the importance of getting a receipt after the work was done - he left his receipt book in his other vehicle so we had to make up a dummy receipt; and (2) he would not quote me a price prior to starting the project. I ended up paying more than I felt was fair and he could not produce the receipt for the materials he purchased at Home Depot which he charged me for. Bottom line: the small job was completed to satisfaction. He seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious.-
