Comments: My husband gave you a check for $4000 over a month ago to complete our home repairs. Since that time you have not completed the work your "cousin" painted half of a few walls in our house and made the appearance way worse. When will you be refunding our money? We have been considerate but our house is supposed to go on the market next week and we are now unable to put it on the market. This is unacceptable.

Comments: Larry and Maliea at MacHandy wrote a contract in June to replace our Vinyl Siding and we paid them for the materials ($2415). The contract called for completion of the work around July 1. The work has not been done and initially, they made one excuse after another (including a cousin dying). Now, they are responding to texts, email messages or phone calls). Beware before you give them any more before the work is done. Their behavior is nothing short of criminal!

Comments: The handyman did not know what to use on this project. He used incorrest wire for HD television. Spectrum had to put in correct wire and set up television. When I had problems with their work he could not help.
