Work Description: Make 2 small (less than 12" x 12" each) drywall repairs
Comments: One repair will itself need to be repaired - lumpy, not smooth, and very visible. The other is in a closet. He broke a decorative plate, didn't say anything, just took the pieces with him; made gouge marks in laminate floor; walked in joint compound.-
