Work Description: Screen patches & splining in some spots on back patio, also fixed screen that was loose by a light fixture high up. Replaced small bottom of screen door that caved in with screen & plastic support. Painted front screen door. Tried to fix front of garage light fixture that wouldn't open. It broke due to age, will replace. Looked at broken toilet for a future job.
Comments: The owner/technician that came out was on time, friendly, very courteous & did a professional job. I was very pleased.
