I was introduced to Abraham Johnson and Buddy Banks of Virginia beach,Va. corner stones of SB Ballard inc.. Were my skills an knowledge exploded in commercial concrete qualifying be to be a essential figure on commercial projects with Jim Bragg's inc. Gary Mclemore ,Heard Concrete , B&H ,Wilmack inc.,And also with Century concrete on Oceana air station runway in Virginia Beach,Va. an many Bases all over Virginia .on 9/11 I was working on a Walmart distribution center 1,200,000 ft.² project in McKinsey ,Florida working as an key figure along side the number the one concrete company in the nation Baker concrete .,I started A&L construction company the beginning of the new millennium with the love and support of my entire family.

During the economic turmoil of our country in 08/09 I was offered a position with then Vice President Dick Cheney's company Kellogg ,Brown and Root Which took me to the Fallujah, Iraq where I was in charge of Concrete operations , I was in charge of constructing a concrete plant ,operations of the plant ,as well as placing And finishing of the cement .Thanks to President Obamas pull out of Iraq (withdrawal), I was able return to Virginia Beach ,Va safely start the work of building L.S Griffin. , We have since expanded from residential and commercial concrete to Brick Paver, Epoxy Flooring , Blacktop sealcoat ,and stone work .We are excited about the future of L.S.Griffin an look forward to include your project in our Gallery of exciting project
