Comments: They did not do the job correct! I sent them an email because i had to hire badger bobs to look at my dryer! It turns out they never went on the roof to finish the job! Had to pay twice for the same job! Sent them an email with all the info from Badger bobs! No one ever replied! Very annoyed
We were told that it did not require going to the roof as the house was only 6 months old and accessing the roof would require a ladder not carried on the truck. She was advised prior to any work being done that going to the roof would cost more money and she stated that she just wanted the base cleaning. The problem stemmed from the original installation not being installed to code by leaving the screen in the goose neck vent. What wasn't correct was the original installation and she never paid twice because we never got paid to do it in the first place. I must apologize for my delay in responding as i was trying to find out who the original installer was and if the builders warranty would cover it as it was not installed properly. We do appreciate the chance to fix the problem if it wasn't done correctly but you never called us to say you had a problem. Thank you Lynn

Comments: Good work and professional. Only 1 minor issue when I discovered the heat didn't work one cold morning. Someone came out the next day and discovered a faulty switch. He said they would get the part and fix it, but after 5 days I had to call them to remind them. They did come and fix it, but I felt that they shouldn't have had to be reminded.
