I have trim and paint that is not done and Randy refuses to acknowledge my calls. Whatever you do - do NOT pay the final amount unless you are 100% satisfied. I’m super disappointed. I truly thought Randy was going to make this right!

Comments: Randy gave us a good and fair price on replacing 68' of fence in my back yard that was 30 years old. His crew was fantastic and very experienced carpenters, they arrived in the morning after driving a good distance and worked until dark the first day tearing down the old fence and digging all the post holes at least 30" deep and cementing and setting all corners at 90degrees. The second day they built the new fence and two new 5' gates and worked until 10pm cleaning up and finishing everything and I checked everything is level and plumb and done the right way THANKS LONE STAR 361!!!!Corpus Christi TX

Comments: We hired this company for a fence replacement project through HomeAdvisor. The fence was done poorly, they used shorter wood and just put them together, they look so bad. The gate was not done correctly and therefore, can not be closed properly. After 2 weeks, we noticed wood splitting and the whole fence became flimsy. We contacted them and they told us it's Lowes' fault for selling bad wood, but refused to provide Lowes' receipt. Randy, the owner, told us he would come back and redo the fence. He never showed up and disappeared since then.-
