Work Description: We had a total of a total of 7 doors rekeyed (12 cylinders - 4 of which were for double cylinder deadbolts).

Comments: Locktex/Locktechs and the quality of its workmanship in the rekeying job done here in our home was a breath of fresh air!! As we recently had renovation workers who did damage in our home and who 'lost' out key, it felt so good to have our trust re-established that there really are still businesses out there that keep their word and who display reliability, and integrity of workmanship. We have no regrets whatsoever that we chose Loctex/Locktechs - and am VERY, VERY satisfied in the work that was performed. Especially fearing that the 'lost' key is now in fact a very copied key fot the purpose of a future break-in, we HIGHLY appreciated Joel's (Locktex' owner), speediness. He came out the same day we called him. We felt he really cared about our predicament. And it wasn't even 15 minutes or so after we posted our need on Networx, that Joel returned our call! We had to make a second call to determine if his total fee included a service fee or trip charge, but that's hard to hold against him when we found not only was this cost included but to give us a price break bonus, he gave us the new keys for free! And I particulary appreciated the professionalism Joel displayed in our phone call - when in sharing information about other locksmith companies, he was fair and didn't diss them. And Joel was honest and saved us SO much money (in the hundreds of $$$) when he explained that in the case of a lost key all we really needed was re-keyings, not installing brand new locks. In summation: we're SO extremely happy and glad for all the benefits provided us by Locktex/Locktechs and Networx. We'll for sure be using them both for any future needs.
