Comments: Kenny Lawrence was very kind and responsive initially when he was getting paid over $9000 for his work. I 100% had the same experience as Christel from Frisco, TX but my work was an additional $8000. His crew were disruptive to my home, and he "guaranteed" multiple times to return over a 3-month period to repair damages. When I'd first asked for help with these repairs, he wanted to know my name and account information as he didn't have my information saved in his phone... after getting paid $9000. He never showed. He never called. He stopped answering my messages. He told me he could no longer help me because he'd left Bug It Pest Control. He'd once told me he had teenage daughters. I am a daughter to a father, too. I wonder if a man cheated one of his girls out of $9000 and then refused to acknowledge her if he'd behave in the same dismissive way, completely lacking respect and integrity.

Comments: Kenny Lawrence gave an estimate, I paid him. He said all work was guaranteed. What ever he did made things worse. When I called him, he informed me that he only guaranteed it if he put some kind of deterant in a hand dug ditch around my house at an additional cost of $20.00 Per foot. I told him no, since in his estimate he said he did not recommend the ditch. i feel he took advantage of an old woman. It cost me almost $1600.00 and I have more rodents than before
