Work Description: Bathroom renovation
Comments: I have used Littig a couple of times. I'm not sure what has happened over time, but the "Millionaire Mindset" appears to be taking priority over quality, customer satisfaction, and treating paying customers with some decency. I hired Littig again to complete my bathroom. The project took 4 months instead of 3-4 weeks as expected, and although a stressful nightmare, it turned out well and I was happy and thankful. Over time the piece below the shower started to rot, and discolor the floor and bottom of the shower and paint. Apparently installing wood there is a big "no no" per Cleydison, but after 6-7 months of being ignored or lied to (i.e. "touch ups are in March, I've added you to the schedule" - it's now July), you take the hint that they are fine taking your money and moving onto bigger and better things. I will give them a smidge of credit. Leo did come by to measure, but was clearly annoyed he had to take time out of his day to address something that wouldnt add cash to their pockets. After proceeding to walk past me without giving me an update / follow up, I stopped him and he thankfully told me "we have to order it now (um, theres a Home Depot a quarter of a mile away). Since then, no communication and Leo's response is "Cleydison is handling it" which he clearly is not as he is purposely ignoring me. So, I will now pay an actual professional to fix their mistake and continue work at my home.I HATE having to write things like this, but I have been more than fair and patient, and think others deserve to know this.
I recommend cooling it with the Millionaire Mindset, and actually putting quality and customers before cash.
