Comments: Worst contractor ever. Never keeps a promise, has all kinds of excuses from, he is in the hospital, workers cant get gas for their trucks, cant find the parts, and I am on vacation. Never finished the job and left a mess. Not licensed or insured.Fort Lauderdale FL

Work Description: Overhead fan-Insall
Comments: Wesley and a helper arrived on time. Job took approximately two hours. Job was completed but with several problems. His helper installed the fan blades and forgot to install the screw washers. when I pointed this out Wesley offered to take the fan back down and install the washers, due to time I passed and will do it myself later. When Wesley reinstalled the switch into the switch box, one of the switches was upside down. Later after they left I found that when the ladder they were using was carried out to the patio through the house it had scraped a piece of powder painted door trim which I had to repair. Generally the job was average for Florida. My total cost was 250 dollars which was paid in cash. He is competent just supervise the job.
