Work Description: Way overcharged for the work done, then had to repair the work done myself. I was refunded $100, but feel it should have been more

This was an emergency, on weekend on a bus. Repair was holding when leaving town. Customer wanted it fixed back to origional, against our best efforts to repair properly. We charged $500.00 and were told no one else would touch the repair. He called from out of town and told us of the issue and we met with him again, when he got back in town to repair correctly. He would not let us look at the repair or or what was in the area. The whole issue with this customer is suspect. We have a grest reputation and always go beyond the call as we did with issue. We did not have to meet him again, considering he would not allow us to repair it correctly and then would not allow us to see what he said he did. Like I said suspect.

Work Description: Mister Holt did 2 separate jobs for me.
1. He install water lines from to new water meters to new home sites.
2. He installed discharge lines from 2 home sites to septic tanks that the previous septic company could not complete.
