Work Description: Wood Floor Refinishing
Comments: We were preparing to sell our home and needed to buff our oak hardwood floors, which were not in horrible shape, but did show some age and worn out areas. We hired LGM to buff and apply a layer of poly. They called back rapidly, came out to quote, and were willing to include some small extras like darkening the floor stain in the worn area without extra charge. I checked out their reference and got positive reviews. The price was great compared to other we had quote, and the final product was fantastic. Luis was friendly and easy to work with. Work Description: Tile Installation
Comments: Hired this company to do a modest bathroom and kitchen redo. A total disaster. The tile work was bad beyond description. So bad that I had to rip out all of the botched work they did and completely start over. I have lost thousands of dollars as a result. About $3000.00 to be exact (not including what I paid them. They did basically refund my money for the materials i had bought, but having to redo their damage cost me a lot more, that I will now have to go to small claims to recover. They were nice folks. They tried a bit to right their wrong, but in the end, I am out thousands as a result of their grotesquely inferior work. The truth is, they have no business being in business or working on folks homes. Avoid at all costs.-
