Comments: Nicholas Paz is a crook. We tried to work with him for 2 months, kept pushing design delivery back, He basically did not work and delivered one of the three prepaid administrative items. He agreed to refund, and that turned out to be a lie. The one item he did delivery did not reflect the requests articulated and agreed upon in writing, DO NOT HIRE, CROOK and FRAUD!
