Comments: When we first met Chris we thought he knew what he was doing. Very quickly after that we saw that he did not have the knowledge or experience to repair our oven.He installed parts that did not correct the oven situation.
He ordered parts that were not needed and then refused to take them back and refund us the cost for the part.
We had another reputable company come in and determine that the parts he ordered we not correct.
He still refused to pay us back and has not returned any calls or text messages. we will be bringing him to court.......

Comments: The owner, Christopher, was such a pleasure to work with. After calling him, within 48 hrs, my oven was assessed, parts were ordered and I was back to cooking for my family. He contacted me through your job to provide updates on when the parts would arrive and when he would bd back to install it. He even called the next day to confirm everything was in working order. Very soon after arriving at my apartment, Chris and a fellow technician determined the cause and had the necessary parts to repair it on the spot. Comments: I was so impressed with their service and punctuality. I was in desperate need of my dryer to be repaired on New Year's Eve weekend. Gave them a call, & they were here in 40 minutes.
